Steam Delivery Systems Program Overview

Including:

Aqualine Resources utilizes its vast experience in multiple disciplines to deliver the best possible steam audit to our customers. Aqualine's experience with steam systems spans hundreds of facilities - just like yours - having utilized our expertise.

Our expertise includes advanced degreed engineers with experience in steam trap optimization, alternate fuel source implementation, and HVAC efficiency improvements. The final result is the development of multiple, integrated projects which results in the maximum efficiency from the whole energy system.

The audit begins with an evaluation of the customer's needs and facility operations, through interviews and review of the energy data. This information helps the surveyor determine the main focus of the audit. After a review of the facility layout, the physical audit begins in the boiler room or the primary of the source of the steam supply. From the source, the distribution lines are followed to their individual termination points, with all steam usage identified and cataloged. A profile of the actual steam usage and the optimum steam requirement may then be determined.

During the audit, temperature and physical measurements will be made, and pictures taken, so that any recommended system corrections will be documented before implementation. Operation changes may be recommended as well as equipment improvements.

Once the data is gathered, it is evaluated by our project engineers, as well as you and your project engineers. Together, the most feasible projects are developed, and a report is generated showing project costs and payback. Aqualine offers turn-key solutions for most of the report recommendations.

This report is presented to the customer by a sales engineer who has a working knowledge of the customer's facility. The preliminary proposal should be considered a working document, with feedback and recommended changes from the customer being welcomed.

After all ... it is the customer's needs which must be met. Aqualine Resources provides the insight and expertise to lead the way.
